This is an opportunity for a mid-level Visual Designer to join a brand new Bray HQ studio. You will join the UX team and work alongside an interdisciplinary team to help build the vision for some of the world’s most exciting consumer, professional and healthcare brands. You will be responsible for leading projects by creating compelling and stunning visual communication focussed on digital and branding.

You are:

* Highly creative, motivated and ambitious with an exceptional digital portfolio of visual design, user interface design, layout and branding.

* A rounded consultant, experienced in visual communication and UI design (minimum 2 years).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate and convince others of your ideas.

* Experienced in tuning-in to brands and consumer motivations.

* Ideally experienced with both digital and print media.

* Capable of managing a diverse, deadline-driven workload.

* Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.

* Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related degree.

You can:

* Create compelling visual communication, user interfaces and branding elements.

* Translate research on user motivations and desires into meaningful design propositions.

* Interact directly with clients & take direction, learn from others.

* Both lead and support project teams.

* Demonstrate high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.

* Provide a strong aesthetic point of view while remaining responsive to critiques and redirections or changes.
