You’re a highly creative, and ambitious individual with an exceptional digital portfolio and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for leading clients by creating compelling and visually stunning UX and IxD experiences. Working alongside our interdisciplinary team you will play a key part in building the vision for some of the world’s most exciting consumer brands and start-ups.

You are: *A rounded designer experienced in interaction, visual and user experience design. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate and convince others of your ideas. * Experienced in tuning-in to brands and consumer motivations. * Passionate about people and user behaviour, relevant and emerging technologies and trends. * Capable of managing a diverse, deadline-driven workload and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team. * Eager to be part of leading and building a world class IxD team.

* Qualified via bachelor’s degree in IxD, VisComm, UX or similar relevant discipline. You can: * create compelling and visually stunning IxD concepts & experiences. * translate research on user motivations and desires into meaningful design propositions. * Generate rapid interaction prototypes and highly polished visuals to communicate your point of view. * Lead clients confidently. * Take direction & learn from others. * Both lead and support project teams. * Collaborate with developers and other disciplines to bring designs into production.
